My stay was enhanced by breathtaking harbor views from my room and the delightful surprise goodies waiting for me upon arrival.

This place was perfect for what we needed.
The rooms were neat with exceptionally comfortable beds. A refrigerator, a sitting area, and a work desk were perfect. I didn't want to say goodbye, had a comfortable experience and would go back in flash...

I truly enjoyed its efficient and excellent employees.
The location was amazing and near a river and a harbor. Riverside king room was practical and a nice size had feather pillows.

The view from our room on the 19th floor was excellent and the hotel room was clean and comfortable.
The pay tv that was supposed to show movies in English did not work.

The spaciousness of the room I was allocated and free access to the Internet
My room was a corner room, so I was surrounded by huge glass windows which were a threat to privacy! Also, perhaps because of the size of the windows, the room tended to be cooler than I would have wished

It was a luxury hotel at a good price.
Location was a bit close to Red Light district which made us feel a bit uncomfortable walking around at night. It was also a bit far to walk to shopping areas in centre of city.

Stayed here for 2 days, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with comfortable location close to everything. Location: the property was really close to Hard to say, and restaurants, the river side and many local attractions.

Comfortable hotel with good staff, very suitable for a business trip. Internet connection is good; however, only a wired connection in the room. Good food in both the bar and the restaurant. The bar on the 20th floor has very good views over the river.
Internet connection is good; however, only a wired connection in the room. The bars are open to the public and are very busy and noisy in the evening, especially the bar on the 20th floor.

Perfect for families looking for comfort
The staff were flexible, even letting us extend our stay when our flight got canceled-no stress whatsoever. Plus, the breakfast buffet was excellent, a real treat for the kids with plenty of options to choose from.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable.

Very comfy bed in the riverside king room, plus multi-channel TV, a sitting area and a study table. Quiet atmosphere and modern decor. Fine meal and very good service.
